My 4.5 and 3 year old daughters had a great experience at the dentist today! Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the time we checked in to when we got back to the treatment room. The girls were able to watch their video of choice while they waited to be seen. Life-changing experience presented by the ENTIRE staff at Dr. Riemer's Dental Group! Due to my fears / phobias concerning coming to see a dentist, it has been numerous years since my last visit. Let me say, as soon as I walked into the office and was warmly greeted, my fears were taken away! The ENTIRE staff was kind, understanding, sympathetic and compassionate to my fears and needs, and I was able to not only get through the exam and visit, I am looking forward to coming back! Every detail / procedure was thoroughly explained and my questions were answered in detail and manner in which I could completely comprehend and in a timeframe that fit my needs and not theirs! After my exam, the front office staff contacted two additional Dr.'s , handled all of the calls and filling out and scanning over ALL paperwork, then reconfirmed with me all of the information regarding future appointments. In all my years of dealing with multiple medical staff and offices, I have never had a staff like this one, willing to handle all aspects of forms, paperwork, and correspondence for me, ensuring my 100% satisfaction and complete awareness of my next / future steps in a long process of appointments. As a retired educator, I can truly say that Dr. Riemer and her staff made me feel like every fear, concern, apprehension and aliment, was their top priority and concern in treating me as a person first, and patient second! This place has been great so far. I love the facility and the professional staff. I was previously with Downtown Dental Lemoore, which pressured me to get a crown I didn't want or need and did a poor job of placing it. Five months later the crown is still sensitive and hurts to chew. I started coming to Dr. Riemer Dental Group, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Van Hoff is terrific, and the rest of the staff has been awesome. We're making good progress so far, and I'm confident that my issues with this crown will be resolved. Thanks!

I dread my visits due to my TMJ. I take muscle relaxers and they (hygienist and Dentist) work fast before it all locks up and I get a neck pillow and blanket and add massage chair why would I go anywhere else! They are not a preferred dentist with my insurance but it’s not easy to find a dentist that understands TMJ like they do and are willing to work with me. I never miss my cleanings and check ups so I don’t run into other issues. Love you ladies!

I am pretty decently anxious about going to the dentist. I established care with Dr. Riemer's practice after my last dentist retired. Today, I had a minor complication during a procedure- I was getting my teeth whitened and I had a difficult time keeping the mouth piece in place. This resulted in some unfortunate pain- entirely my fault! The staff was quick to respond and applied several different topicals such as vitamin E and an enamel supplement. When this was insufficient for my pain they alerted a provider (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name!) who reviewed my pain with me and applied a topical anesthetic- as well as giving me instructions of how to resume pain relief at home. She stayed after hours to ensure I was OK. I am now resting comfortably at home. This is a practice that goes above and beyond for their clients, and I am so incredibly grateful for their response today. Thank you so much for providing excellent care.

On the rare occasion that I’m seen past my appointment time, the staff is very apologetic and I appreciate that. The staff is always welcoming and it’s so easy to have a conversation with them. I usually have Bailey when I go in for my bi-yearly teeth cleaning and she is always AMAZING. I value when the staff can remember you, it makes it feel more personal. The office is modern and immaculate and the Covid protocols that they have implemented made my children and I feel very safe. They have added Dr Bella Riemer to the practice and she is amazing with children, my daughter is 12 and she did great with her and she explained everything step by step and used age appropriate verbiage. Dr Riemer did my son's ortho ( amazing results) and today he had his first fillings done and although he was nervous getting his first ever injection, he felt at ease knowing it would be Dr Riemer and her amazing staff taking care of him. I've been known Dr Riemer for almost 20 years. Throughout this time we collaborated closely in managing difficult cases for the best outcome for the patients. I loved her attention to details, her analytical mind, and most of all, how she always put the patient's best interest at heart. I took all 3 of my kids here for the first time, my 2 little ones have never been to the dentist before. There was no wait time all my kids were called back one at a time by different dental assistants. I have a strong-willed stubborn 2 year old, and some how the dental assistant won her over. It is such a modern office; you don't even feel as though you are about to be seen by a dentist! Had an amazing experience. Really top of the line dental work here. They took me back in less than 5 minutes and got me ready to go and everything within just one hour. They let you know what your insurance covers and doesn’t cover and they do real dental work not the silver caps or grey fillings like I’ve had before. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited while living in many different states across the USA.
